Each Quertle life preserver has a unique 4-digit number, such as "1234".
Check the Quertle Coaster Contest notice on the Results page each week to see if your number matches
the one in the image.
If it does, you win a prize (such as a $50 gift card, actual prize may vary).
You may also elect to have Quertle donate the value of the prize to the charity of your choice
if you are unable to accept the prize.
The winning number will be updated frequently until the contest ends.
If your Quertle coaster matches the 4-digit number, use the form below to let us know.
You must enter the full 8-character code (4 numbers plus 4 letters, e.g., 1234-ABCD) that is on the preserver,
so we know you really have the winning coaster.
And, don't forget to give us your contact information so we can send you your prize.
You must report your winning number within three (3) days of it appearing on the site.
